In observance of these holidays, Waste Pro will not be collecting solid waste and recycling.

For the remainder of the week, service will occur the next day.
- Monday moves to Tuesday
- Tuesday moves to Wednesday
- Wednesday moves to Thursday
- Thursday moves to Friday
- Friday moves to Saturday
For all other holidays, there will be no service interruptions.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
Waste Pro observes the same holidays as the City of Roswell: New Year’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Please note that on these days, all services may be suspended. Regular collection will resume with a one-day delay.
How are my services changing?
Waste Pro will be your new recycle and yard waste collection provider. All other services will remain the same.
What are the pick-up schedules?
Recycle and yard waste curbside collection will occur on a weekly basis on the same day as your garbage collection. See the calendar for service collection by street. CLICK HERE
What are the accepted curbside recyclable items?
- Paper
- Plastic
- All containers number 1 through 7 including bottles, jugs, tubs, cartons, trays (most items are marked on the bottom with the number)
- Cans
- Aluminum cans
- Steel, bi-metal cans
- Lids from jars

Will my containers change?
No. Continue to use your current containers.
Where do I put my new containers for pick-up?
Carts should be placed curbside, with the handle facing your house 3 feet from vehicles, shrubs, hydrants, mailboxes, and other carts, etc. Do not block sidewalks or place carts in the street. CLICK HERE for placement guidelines.
When do I put my carts at the curb for collection?
Recyclables must be placed curbside the night before, or prior to 8:00 AM on the scheduled day of collection.

- Waste Pro provides collection services for all household recycling generated by residential customers. Recycling must be properly containerized in the City of Roswell container provided.
- Please place your household recycling curbside by 8:00 a.m. on your designated collection day.
- Recycling is collected every week on your designated collection day.
- Household recycling will only be collected when properly placed in the City of Roswell cart.
- No material outside of the cart will be collected.
- Cardboard must be cut, collapsed and placed inside the recycling cart.
- Carts should be placed curbside, with the handle facing your house, 3 feet from vehicles, shrubs, hydrants, mailboxes, and other carts, etc.
- Do not block sidewalks or place carts in the street.

- Empty, Clean and Dry recycling material only.
- Do not bag any recycling.
- The following items may be recycled in your curbside container:
- Paper
- Newspaper
- Cardboard Boxes (broken down)
- Junk mail and other paper products
- Paperback and phone books
- Paper grocery bags
- Magazines
- Glass
- Food containers
- Beverage containers (Bottles and jars)
- Plastic
- All containers number 1 through 7 including bottles, jugs, tubs, cartons, trays (most items are marked on the bottom with the number)
- Cans
- Aluminum cans

- Lids from jars
- Paper
- The following items may NOT be recycled in your curbside container:
- Plastic bags or wraps
- Styrofoam
- No molded plastics like toys, buckets, etc.
- Window glass, picture frame glass or mirrors
- Ceramics
- Light bulbs
- Food contaminated paper or boxes (pizza boxes, etc.)
- Raw Metals
