RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING

Residential curbside collection is provided one (1) time per week on Wednesdays for the entire county with a blue 64-gallon recycle cart.

Extra recycle that does not fit in the blue 64-gallon recycle cart may be placed out for collection in an empty cardboard box with the words “EXTRA RECYCLE” written large and clear enough for the driver to see set next to the can. The blue cart is to be set neatly at the curb and cannot weigh more than fifty (50) pounds.

Remember to keep a three (3) foot clearance between and around each can for collection and that the wheels and handle are to face the house. Please remember to also keep at least a five (5) foot clearance from mailboxes, trees, parked cars, etc.

Commercial Recycling

Waste Pro provides Commercial Collection and Disposal service for all businesses in Pinellas County. We have a variety of collection containers and service ranging from garbage cans and mechanical dumpsters to open tops and compactors.

Mechanical dumpsters are available in two (2), four (4), six (6) and eight (8) cubic yard sizes.

Open tops are available from ten (10) to thirty (30) cubic yard sizes.

We can service your two (2) to eight (8) cubic yard Vert-I-Pack or your ten (10) to forty (40) break-away compactors.

Commercial service is available from one (1) time per week up to six (6) times per week.

Waste Pro offers a wide selection of Commercial Recycling service and containers, and we will customize a Recycling program to fit your business needs.

RESIDENTIAL COLLECTION

Residential curbside collection is provided twice per week. Your collection day is based on your location.

All services begin at 6:00 am and all items for collection must be placed curbside by this time. Garbage and recycling are collected by different trucks and may be collected any time after 6:00 am on the service day. This means that there is one (1) truck that only collects Waste Pro garbage carts and one (1) truck that only collects Waste Pro recycle carts.

Remember to keep a three (3) foot clearance between and around each cart for collection, and the wheels and handle are to face the house. It is also important to keep at least a five (5) foot clearance from mailboxes, trees, parked cars, etc.

Waste Pro provides Residential collection and disposal service for household trash, garbage, yard waste and recycle generated from Waste Pro residential customers, which has been properly prepared and contained in the correct refuse container provided by Waste Pro.

Waste Pro provides Residential Yard Waste (horticulture) collection and disposal service for all trimmings (branches and limbs from trees and shrubs), grass clippings, fallen fruit, leaves, weeds and palm fronds generated from residential customers, which have been properly contained in the provided Waste Pro garbage cart and placed curb-side for collection. All additional yard waste trimmings, branches and palm fronds that cannot fit into the provided Waste Pro garbage cart will be an on-call bulk pick up request.

COMMERCIAL COLLECTION

Waste will be collected in carts, mechanical dumpsters, open tops or compactors. Carts are available in 96-gallon size. Mechanical dumpsters are available in two (2), four (4), six (6) and eight (8) cubic yard sizes. Compactors and open tops come in sizes ranging from 10-40 cubic yards.

SPECIAL COLLECTION

Bulk Appliances

All Bulk / White Goods items must be called into our office at 727-873-0800 for collection. These items are not included in regular service and are charged based on the size of the item(s). The driver will leave a “tag” on the item(s) letting you know that the item(s) are not part of the regular service and need to be call into our office. A representative from Waste Pro will arrange a meeting to review the item(s), determine the service charge, and schedule a collection date.

Open tops are available in sizes ranging from 10-40 cubic yards.
