LONGWOOD, FL – May 28, 2020 – Waste Pro is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Dooley to the position of Regional Sales Manager for Central Florida.

After graduating from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business, Dooley gained sales experience in the insurance industry. He joined Waste Pro in 2015 as a sales representative and quickly worked his way up to the role of Commercial Territory Manager in Waste Pro’s Lake County, FL Division.

As Central Florida Regional Sales Manager, Dooley will focus on the short-term and long-term growth of the region through his exceptional business development and his skills in communication, relationship building, client retention, and team leadership.

“Michael has been instrumental in building the Waste Pro brand and expanding our presence in Central Florida,” said Regional Vice President Tim Dolan. “He strives to build personal connections with all of his customers so they know they have a dependable and friendly face at every phase of their service.”

In 2018, Waste Pro CEO John Jennings selected Dooley as a member of the company’s Leadership Initiative, which is a mentorship program designed to train the future leaders of the company.
