2/20/2025 Southaven Inclement Weather Update
The Southaven division will be fully operational on Thursday, February 20, 2025. Below is the update for the Southaven division:
All residential routes will operate on a one-day delay:
- Wednesday routes will be collected on Thursday
- Thursday routes will be collected on Friday
- Friday routes will be collected on Saturday
Due to extremely cold conditions, we will delay our start in the morning just a touch, so collection times may vary.
We will not service any roads that appear treacherous or unsafe. We will return to service them later when conditions are better.
Backdoor accounts will be serviced at the crews’ discretion. If driveways are icy or unsafe, please be patient, as crews will return later to service them when conditions are better.
All commercial accounts will also be serviced on a one-day delay, which mirrors the residential schedule.
Please keep monitoring this site and check with your local municipalities for any additional service changes for the remainder of the week. Thank you for your patience, and stay safe.
2025 Holiday Schedule for Southaven and Germantown, TN
In observance of these holidays, Waste Pro will not be collecting solid waste and recycling.
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Day
- Commercial services only will be operating
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
For the remainder of the week, service will occur the next day.
- Monday moves to Tuesday
- Tuesday moves to Wednesday
- Wednesday moves to Thursday
- Thursday moves to Friday
- Friday moves to Saturday
For all other holidays, there will be no service interruptions.

Waste Pro is your proud solid waste, yard waste, and recycling collections partner. Solid waste, recyclable material, and yard waste are collected on the same day. All items must be placed curbside for collection by 7:00 a.m. on the designated day. In weeks that include a holiday, collection is delayed by one day following the holiday for the remainder of the week.
