As Divisional Vice President, Jennifer oversees two Waste Pro Atlanta, Georgia divisions and the company’s Hilton Head, South Carolina division office. This regional territory includes three hauling facilities and a transfer station, where Jennifer manages over 200 employees who operate more than 130 trucks each day, servicing more than 120,000 residential and 3,000 commercial customers.
Jennifer has nearly 25 years of industry experience, with a focus on operations, safety, profit and loss management, and sales. She joined Waste Pro as an Operations Manager in 2011 before being promoted to Division Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2014. In 2019, Jennifer stepped into the Director of Government and Community Relations role for North and South Carolina, growing the company’s service areas from one North Carolina contract to over 25 municipal contracts in the state. In 2021, Jennifer was appointed Division Manager for Waste Pro’s Atlanta Doraville and Atlanta West locations. Under Jennifer’s leadership, these two divisions continue to experience explosive growth, increasing their customer base by more than 25%.
Jennifer’s community involvement includes volunteer roles for Habitat for Humanity and Samaritan’s Purse. During her time in North Carolina, she was a youth softball coach and a member of the Leadership Asheville Class of 2021
