Building relationships with our customers is the best part of the job for our drivers here at Waste Pro; it’s even more rewarding when they become friends with the youngest ones! Below is a letter we received from Michelle, a mom in Lake Mary, Florida, who says her three-year-old has formed a great bond with two of our crew members, Travis and Luke (pictured). Waste Pro is proud to recognize these gentlemen by rewarding them with $100 each for their dedication to Michelle’s family and all the families along their route. Read Michelle’s letter below:

Buen día,

I want to reach out regarding the drivers on our route. They are absolutely amazing! Luke and Travis have been on our route for years now and I just want to tell you how fantastic they are. Not only are they great at their jobs, but we have a three-year-old daughter, Mackenzie, who idolizes them. She has looked forward to their arrival, either on our porch or at the end of the driveway, for over 2 of her 3 years. They are so friendly to us, but more importantly her. She likes to bake them cookies, gives them gifts, and just loves them!! In return they are so patient when she gets shy, give her high fives & fist bumps, a light honk of the horn, and greet her with the biggest smiles. It’s so sweet and heartwarming.

I guess the point of this email is to let you know, if you don’t already, that you have two outstanding guys on our route. Travis and Luke are rock stars and celebrities in our home. And we want to thank you all for that! They are definitely giving Waste Pro a great name in our neighborhood. All the neighbors know she’s loves these guys. 🙂

By the way, her 3rd birthday was Friday and they brought her this toy trash truck. She was squealing with excitement when she brought it inside to play.
