In observance of these holidays, Waste Pro will not be collecting solid waste and recycling.

For the remainder of the week, service will occur the next day.
- Monday moves to Tuesday
- Tuesday moves to Wednesday
- Wednesday moves to Thursday
- Thursday moves to Friday
- Friday moves to Saturday
For all other holidays, there will be no service interruptions.

How are my services changing?
Waste Pro will deliver all new garbage and recycling carts to all residents within the Town limits. Recycling services are collected every other week, and all Recycling carts are collected the same days as your garbage collection.
What are the pick-up schedules?
- Garbage curbside collection will occur on a weekly basis.
- Recycling curbside collection will occur every other week, the same day as your garbage collection.

What are the accepted curbside recyclable items?
- Aerosol Cans (empty)
- Aluminum Cans Cardboard (flattened)
- Cereal Boxes
- Glass Bottles & Jars
- Magazines & Phone Books
- Metal Cans
- Milk & Juice Cartons Paper,
- Junk Mail & Newspaper
- Pizza Boxes
- Plastic Bottles & Jugs
- Spiral Paper Cans

Will my containers change?
New 96-gallon trash and New 96-gallon recycling carts will be provided by Waste Pro.
Each Resident will receive one cart for solid waste and one cart for recycling.
All carts will have the Waste Pro logo on both sides.
Where do I put my new containers for pick-up?
- Carts should be placed curbside, with the handle facing your house
- 3 feet from vehicles, shrubs, hydrants, mailboxes, and other carts, etc
- Do not block sidewalks or place carts in the street
When do I put my carts at the curb for collection?
Carts must be at the curb by 7:00 am on your designated collection day.
Who do I call if I have questions?
If you have any questions regarding cart replacement, containers, acceptable items, or general service-related questions, call Waste Pro 980-588-0200.
How do I request to repair my cart lid or wheels?
If your cart lid or wheels need to be replaced, call Waste Pro 980-588-0200.
- Please place your household garbage curbside by 5:30 a.m.
- Waste Pro provides collection and disposal services for all household garbage generated by residential customers. Garbage must be properly containerized in the Town of Cramerton container provided.
- Household garbage will only be collected when properly placed in the Town of Cramerton 96-gallon green cart with a green lid.
- No material outside of the cart will be collected.
- Carts should be placed curbside, with the handle facing your house
- 3 feet from vehicles, shrubs, hydrants, mailboxes, and other carts, etc.
- Do not block sidewalks or place carts in the street
- An additional container can be provided for a monthly fee by contacting Waste Pro directly.
- If you are physically unable to place your containers curbside, you may request a medical waiver from the Town, qualifying you for side-door services.
- Waste Pro provides collection services for all household recycling generated by residential customers. Recycling must be properly containerized in the Town of Cramerton container provided.
- Please place your household recycling curbside by 7:00 a.m. on your designated collection day.
- Recycling is collected every other week on your designated collection day.
- Household recycling will only be collected when properly placed in the Town of Cramerton 96-gallon blue cart with a blue lid.
- No material outside of the cart will be collected.
- Cardboard must be cut to 18” x 18” and placed inside the recycling cart
- Carts should be placed curbside, with the handle facing your house
- 3 feet from vehicles, shrubs, hydrants, mailboxes, and other carts, etc.
- Do not block sidewalks or place carts in the street
- An additional container can be provided for a monthly fee by contacting the Town of Cramerton 704-824-4337
- If you are physically unable to place your containers curbside, you may request a medical waiver from the Town, qualifying you for side-door services.
Household Recycling is collected every other week. For your collection day CLICK HERE
- Empty, Clean and Dry recycling material only.
- Do not bag any recycling.
