LAS VEGAS, NV – May 11, 2012 Two of Waste Pro USA’s top Executives were among the presenters at the solid waste industry’s Waste Expo, organized by the Environmental Industries Association and Penton Media, Inc., held during the first week of May at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Nevada. Waste Pro President and CEO, John J. Jennings was one of the presenters at a Lunch n’ Learn entitled “Living Legends” and spoke about successful team building. Sr. VP of Marketing, Ron Pecora presented an educational session on Effective Customer Education Techniques. Both received an overwhelming response from the overflow crowds present at both engagements. Copies of both presentations will be available for download on the Waste Expo website in the coming weeks.
Other noteworthy moments from the Expo included, Waste Pro General Counsel, Jeanie Dubinski being recognized as the incoming President of the EIA Women’s Council, which is an organization that fosters the professional development of women in the waste industry. Waste Pro’s Official Mascot Waste Pro Man was also on hand showing off the new Compressed Natural Gas trucks on display at the Expo. Additionally, Waste Pro was presented with a custom spray painted truck and painting by Wayne Engineering, which were created by Iowa artist, Paco Rosic.
