HOLMES BEACH, FL – July 7, 2022 – City Commissioners and Staff in Holmes Beach, FL have recognized Waste Pro for its hard work by proclaiming June 17 as National Garbage Man Day.
During a celebratory lunch, Holmes Beach Mayor Judy Titsworth honored the local staff, who operate out of Sarasota, FL, with the proclamation.
As part of the proclamation, Waste Pro was honored for “making significant contributions to the safety, health, and welfare of citizens.”
“We are thankful to have our partners in Holmes Beach recognize our hardworking crews,” said Southwest Florida Divisional Vice President Bob ten Haaf. “The men and women of Waste Pro who service this community put 110 percent every day into the magic that occurs every week in an effort to keep this community as beautiful as it is.”
