John Jennings - President & CEO, Waste Pro USA

For more than 20 years, John Jennings has been a key figure in Florida's environmental waste collection industry. His experience qualifies him as one of the most accomplished and knowledgeable professionals in the field. As CEO of Waste Pro, John has been instrumental in achieving the Jennings Philosophy - providing quality, specialized service - while growing the business to remarkable levels. In addition to his strong business capabilities, he is also very active in environmental protection; he has served on industry and government committees and panels, and has been a featured speaker on environmental issues both nationally and internationally.

From 1992 to 1996 John was CEO of Jennings Environmental Services, the largest private waste disposal company in Central Florida. In 1996, the company merged with USA Waste Services, Inc. now Waste Management, Inc. and John Jennings was named Regional Vice President for the combined operations in Florida and the Caribbean. During that period Mr. Jennings and his management team (key members are currently with Waste Pro) had direct management responsibility for over 160 municipal contracts that served 1.8 million residences and over 20,000 businesses. He has Thirty (30) years experience in the solid waste and recycling business. Mr. Jennings is a leader in the industry and has been actively involved as a company owner or in an executive management position in Florida.

Fred Wood - President, Waste Pro of Georgia

Fred Wood - President, Waste Pro of Georgia

With over twenty (20) years of waste management experience, Fred Wood has held multiple levels of responsibility in the solid waste and recycling industry in Florida. His previous position with a large national waste company was as Division Vice President for a six (6) county area in central Florida with responsibilities for 200,000 residential customers and 12,500 business accounts. He is experienced with all phases of the business from truck maintenance to safety and marketing. Mr. Wood is in charge of the specification and acquisition of all of our equipment. Mr. Wood's experience with safety management was an important part of his previous employment with Jennings Environmental Services, USA Waste Services and later on with Waste Management. Currently, Mr. Wood is responsible for all North Florida and Georgia operations.

Robert Hyres - Executive Vice-President/Corporate Secretary

Bob Hyres has over twenty-six (26) years experience in the solid waste and recycling industry. Mr. Hyres is a recognized expert in the industry. He has worked in all phases including general management of large multiple operations, municipal marketing and government affairs. He is actively involved in leadership roles in local, statewide and national environmental organizations. He is the past Chairman of the Advisory Board for the Florida Center for Solid and Hazardous Waste Management (a Florida University System Study Center) and the Florida Chapter of the National Solid Wastes Management Association (NSWMA). He also currently serves on the Government Affairs Committee for the national arm of the NSWMA. He was recognized for his statewide leadership role in Florida and was awarded the 2002 NSWMA National Distinguished Service Award in Las Vegas. Mr. Hyres has earned an undergraduate degree in Business and Economics and a Master Degree in Management from Rollins College and the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School.

Don Phillips - CFO, Waste Pro USA

Don Phillips - CFO, Waste Pro USA

Don Phillips has over thirty (30) years of financial and operations experience in a variety of industries. He has over twenty (20) years of corporate experience with two (2) Fortune 500 Companies and as leading packaging company in positions ranging from Division Controller to Vice President and Group Executive. He successfully owned a temporary and permanent staffing company specializing in accounting for ten (10) years until its sale in 1999. For the two (2) years, prior to joining Waste Pro, Don worked for Vestal & Wiler CPA's as Director of Business Development. He has a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Business Management and is a graduate of the General Electric Companies Finance Program. Mr. Phillips spearheads the entire finance function for the Waste Pro group of companies and has implemented several state-of-the-art systems that allow us to report results in a more timely fashion than the larger public companies.

Larry J. Argiro, Ph.D., SPHR - Corporate VP Human Resources and Risk Management

Larry J. Argiro, Ph.D., SPHR - Corporate VP Human Resources and Risk Management

Larry Argiro brings 25+ years of experience in Human Resources and Risk Management. He has worked in fast paced, dynamic environments and played key roles in such areas as organizational transformation, talent management, employee relations, process re-engineering, strategic planning, training and development, health/safety, legal compliance, benefits and compensation. He is a recognized internal consultant and business partner whose broad business background includes environmental engineering, financial services, hi-tech and manufacturing. Prior to Waste Pro Mr. Argiro functioned as SVP, Chief Resource Officer at Fiserv Inc., a Fortune 500 Company, where he held global oversight responsibility for the development and implementation of comprehensive human resources programs for multiple high visibility divisions. A graduate of West Virginia University, Mr. Argiro holds both under graduate and advanced degrees in Biology, Psychology, Business and Human Resource Management. He is a respected speaker, well published writer and certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Jeanie Dubinski – Corporate Counsel

Jeannie Dubinski – Corporate Counsel

Jeanie Dolby Dubinski graduated from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio. She attended Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida where she graduated with the Victor O. Wehle award for trial advocacy. Ms. Dubinski has practiced general civil litigation, business litigation, family law and personal injury prior to joining Waste Pro in August 2008. In 2008, Ms. Dubinski was appointed by The Florida Bar to serve a three year term on the grievance and ethics committee for the 18th Judicial Circuit. Additionally, she is a volunteer with the Florida Law Related Education Foundation through The Florida Bar. She lives with her husband, Ronnie, and two children in Orlando, Florida.

Cort Sabina – Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer

Cort Sabina – Corporate Controller

Cort has 20 years of accounting and auditing experience. Cort’s experience began with one of the nation’s largest Taft-Hartley Health and Welfare and Pension Funds, Central States Southeast and Southwest areas Health and Welfare and Pension Funds (“Central States”) located in Chicago, IL. During his 10 years with Central States Cort held many positions from Staff Auditor to Audit Manager. Cort left Central States to pursue a career in public accounting and joined Ernst & Young a big 4 firm in Chicago, IL. In 1999 Cort began his career in the Waste Industry with Allied Waste as a Division Controller in N.W. Indiana (Chicago Market). During July 2000 Cort moved his family to Florida to join a recently formed private waste company, Florida Recycling Services (“FRS”). During May 2004 FRS was acquired by Waste Services and Cort continued with the company as a District/Regional Controller covering Central Florida. Cort joined the management team of Waste Pro USA as Corporate Controller in July 2006.
